JOG Partner terms

1. Who we are
These terms are between you (the business signing up) and Jog Labs Ltd ("JOG", "we"), a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17080777) with its registered office at 12 Greenstiles Lane, HU14 3NH. You can reach us at hello@joglabs.co.uk.
2. What you get
- A listing on JOG's partner pages and a spot on the run club pages in your city on joglabs.co.uk.
- A pin on the JOG website map if you have a physical location.
- A link to your website or booking page, tagged so you can see visits from JOG in your own analytics.
- One short video about your business on JOG's social media when you join.
Where your listing appears on the site may change as we improve it. We'll always keep you on the club pages for your city while you're a partner.
3. Price, free month and billing
Your first 30 days are free. After that it's £30 a month, charged by Stripe to the card you gave at sign-up, on the same date each month. The price shown at checkout is the price you pay.
4. Cancelling
You can cancel any time from the link in your Stripe emails, or by emailing us. If you cancel during the free month, you're never charged. If you cancel later, your listing stays up until the end of the month you've paid for and isn't renewed. We don't refund part-months.
5. We check every listing
We check each listing before it goes live. We can decline a business that isn't relevant to runners or that we don't think is a good fit. If we decline you, we cancel your subscription and refund anything you've paid.
We can remove a listing that becomes misleading, unlawful or breaks these terms. If we remove it for another reason, we'll refund the unused part of that month.
6. Your content
You confirm you have the right to use the logo, text and photos you send us, and that your listing and any offer are accurate and lawful, including the UK advertising rules (the CAP Code). Health businesses must hold the registrations their profession requires.
You let us show your content on the JOG website, app and social media while you're a partner. We remove it from the site when your partnership ends, and we'll take down your video on request.
7. Labelling
Partner listings are always labelled as partners. JOG's club listings and JOG AI recommendations are never paid for, and being a partner doesn't change them.
8. What we don't promise
We can't guarantee a number of visits, enquiries or customers. We'll show you honest numbers so you can decide whether it's worth it.
9. Changes
We'll give you at least 30 days' notice by email before changing the price or these terms. You can cancel before the change takes effect.
10. Liability
Our total liability to you is limited to the fees you've paid us in the 3 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.
11. Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
